This remodeling, renovation, maintenance, and repair business started in Wine Country - Temecula, California in 2018. We serviced several AirBnb properties. And through satisfied clients/customers, were referred to several privately owned residences.

Eric Nicholson

Eric is from Missoula, Montana, Relocated to Southern California in 2000. Graduated from Portland State University with a BS degree in Finance Law. He has owned and operated several companies from import and export, to manufacturing paint for the golf industry. Eric relocated to Nevada in 2023 and have completed many projects since.,

Administration/Management

Vicky Selman

Vicky immigrated from Manila, Philippines in 1984. She attended the University of Santo Tomas, Music Department and has a Business Administration Certificate from Jobs Secretarial and Technical School. Vicky has managed and operated several real properties in California and Arizona. She relocated to Nevada in 2009.
